The Role of This Site

Flower Mound Roofing & Siding introduces property owners to independent roofing and siding contractors. It performs no inspection, repair, replacement or installation. Contractors are separate businesses; they are not employed, supervised or directed by this site. Any agreement to do work is made between you and the contractor, who alone answers for price, schedule, workmanship, property damage, cleanup, permits and warranty.

A contractor may pay a fee for an introduction. An introduction is not an endorsement, and this site does not vouch for any contractor's insurance, registration or skill. Verify those yourself before signing.

Information on These Pages

The pages describe roofs, siding, weather events, housing statistics and local rules in general terms, taken from the sources named and read on the dates given. Storm reports are other publishers' reporting. Town requirements change and could not all be confirmed. Nothing here is legal, engineering, insurance or financial advice for your property; check with the Town of Flower Mound, your insurer, your association or a qualified professional as needed.

No page here is an instruction to go onto a roof. Steep and two-story roofs are dangerous, more so when wet or damaged. Leave roof access to people equipped for it.
